Welcome to The human side of project management
Small shifts in how we lead, communicate, and collaborate can make all the difference in project success. This blog is about unlocking those small but powerful changes—the kind that help project managers, team leads, and product managers navigate the real challenges of working with people.
Projects Are About People
Processes and tools matter, but at the heart of every project are people. The best plans fall apart when trust erodes, teams disconnect, or communication breaks down. Yet, the human side of project management is often overlooked.
I created The human side of project management to share the lessons that have shaped me—failures, breakthroughs, and real-world experience—so that project leadership becomes easier and more effective.
Who I Am
For over 12 years, I’ve led projects in technology and software development, guiding teams through uncertainty, tight deadlines, and shifting priorities. I’ve seen first-hand how the right leadership, communication, and mindset can turn good teams into great ones.
With a Master’s in Psychology and a background in project and product management, I bridge the gap between strategy and human behaviour, helping teams work smarter, not just harder.
